Interesting. Your point is that human nature supersedes the law, and law enforcement is useless from the victims’ point of view. Thus, your entire rant is moot, except your desire for revenge.

What do you mean? Does the law allow the president to kill a suspected terrorist by drone strike? I suspect there is an army of lawyers with a case to make, that the law allows it. The law could also allow execution of suspected drug dealers.
