What if Trump is right about MOST things? That is starting to be the theme for the end of 2018. Examples: Clinton recently said Europe needs to tighten up on immigration. Trade war is working. North Korea is calming. Yemen is talking peace. Economy strong. Etc.https://twitter.com/NBCNews/status/1066032145846726656 …

Spot on about the national debt decreasing . Oops! Not really, It's increasing by $1 trillion+this year & projected to increase by the same for the next four years. But Republicans stopped caring about the debt on Nov 6 2016.....

How much debt is too much for the United States? We're low by historical standards, as a percentage of GDP. And unlike personal or business debt, we never really need to pay back more than the interest.

Two points. One, interest payments as a % of the federal budget have increased significantly & will continue to do so which Republicans interpret as a need to reduce so called "entitlement programs", something Trump said he wouldn't do.http://www.crfb.org/blogs/interest-spending-course-triple …

Second, your point was Trump was right about most things. On the national debt he wasn't. In fact, during the promotion of the tax bill, his administration promoted the notion that the tax cuts would pay down debt... https://www.cnbc.com/2018/10/16/trumps-tax-cut-didnt-reduce-the-deficit--despite-his-many-promises.html …pic.twitter.com/RbNZuedv9j

Permit me to make a third point. It appears you are wrong about the % of national debt to GDP. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/26/3-charts-that-show-why-the-us-should-stop-ignoring-its-debt-problem.html …pic.twitter.com/3kjaJctq76
