Lots of my scientist friends and I read a ton of non-fiction and are liberal. I was talking yesterday about a non-fiction book I finished and recommended to a liberal scientist.

But when presented with counter-examples, you provided "well, you also read fiction" as argument for why your hypothesis is still valid. In fact, you've done that multiple times throughout this thread. So either you're presenting that as a valid counterargument or you're not.

This is all persuasion. Of course there’s no data to back it up but it feels right to most of his followers. That’s all that matters. Obviously it’s not correct because all of those labels and subjects are unrelated.
