Meanwhile disabled seniors are being mistreated badly due to the war on drugs. Doctors are refusing treatment and making patients suffer. Empathy and common sense has left the medical facilities. But unfortunately media or officials won’t tell you that part of the story

Don't know the specifics. But this just looks like a bad idea. And just a way to scare pharmacies into controlling/limiting how much opiods each patient gets. People who legitimately need these meds will end up getting hurt by this.
