Imo: no, they weren't violated, but persuasionally speaking, that fact doesn't matter. It's not goodwill towards us, it's for the MSM/CNN-watchers they might have alienated.

Scott: Acosta was contemptuous and disrespectful. If he did that to a Judge in a courtroom, he would be held to account for contempt of court. The President deserves no less respect and regard.
