The fact that this will be effective in ginning up GOP votes is ongoing proof of how their professed “love of the Constitution” is a vile lie. The “constitutional conservatives” will fall over themselves praising/defending this.

He's been neglecting to persuade the Dow lately; it's flat/down for 2018. Maybe he can whine-tweet at those numbers a bit and see if they can be motivated a bit more. Strange that he hasn't thought of that.
