What we are facing is the result of divergent paradigms. Each sees the same events but interprets them entirely differently. Each is convinced the other is blind or perverse in their way of seeing. Both cannot be correct.
Both CAN be correct. The Simulation doesn’t prevent multiple interpretations of reality. And many of them work just fine. Reality is subjective.
I'd considered that, and rejected it. A thing cannot both be and not be. Color perception is subjective, taste is subjective, but truth is objective.
If truth is objective, then why doesn't everyone agree that truth is objective?
Universal answer: “Everyone except me is dumb.”
