I am arguing for dismissal of due process in favor of war rules. 30,000 dead per year is war scale. Not crime scale. (In America, still need due process for the locals.)

The goal would be the message, not direct reduction in supply. It's a war-sized problem, and we should treat it as such. Executing executives in China is a strong message, and frames the problem correctly. That means more attention/resources/ideas on the problem.
