Almost everyone supports punishment of mass murderers. It's hard to see it as a "drug problem" when China is killing about 30,000 American a day with fentanyl.

We punish mass murderers. It sends the right message about fentanyl being a war, not a hobby. Wouldn't affect the supply much.
