I see a litany of articles (rightly) skeptical of memory reliability, but they are exclusively applied to Christine Ford. I've read nothing about why Kavanaugh's memories are given the same skeptical criteria 1/

Especially when Kavanaugh has MUCH more evolutionary and biological incentive to have been in denial (especially in a drunken state) then dissociated from his denial. THIS explains why he believes his story in equal measure to Ford. 2/

I had a false memory of sexual abuse. It seemed very real. It shook me for some time, but then evidence and logic won the day over emotion, thank heavens before I ruined lives. I've never had another false memory, but I find it scary that it happened at all.

All of her “witnesses” said they didn’t see anything or were not there. That is why her memory is suspect. No evidence has been presented K did anything.

Thought you would like this - “the victim’s confidence was recorded as 98 percent sure that Alexander was the assailant, and by the time she got to trial she testified that she had no doubt that he was the assailant."https://www.innocenceproject.org/louisiana-man-exonerated-dna-evidence-serving-nearly-38-years/ …

How did the rape victim identify him if she never saw him? Was she pressured by authorities? This is why as a society we need to rely on unbiased, unemotional facts of each case. Hope life is good for him now.

Ford seemed to be a disturbed individual suffering from some kind of mental illness. It's plausible (likely?) that it was from some kind of assault in her youth. But Brett Kavanaugh absolutely wan't the perpetrator.
