The problem is that the counter-argument is “that’s a lie,” but stupid people don’t understand that you cannot spend all day explaining basic economics to people who start from the assumptions of the lie in the first instance and are thus uneducable. https://twitter.com/scottadamssays/status/1005922978863992833 …

I simply asked the public to provide a link describing trade with Canada in a way we citizens can judge as fair or unfair. No one passed the test. I'm sure Tom would like to see such a link too. Wouldn't you?

You could find people who are experts on these things and follow them on Twitter

So far, the experts I have seen just spew data without context. I could follow a thousand of them and learn nothing. I just want one clear article. Just one.

Dilbert Guy: "I want one clear article" 100 people: Ok here you go. Dilbert Guy: Wow so there's nothing out there. 100 more people: Here are a bunch more links. Dilbert Guy: Truly, how could our dear leader understand trade when there is no info out there on trade!

Those were useless articles. You can see for yourself. I finally got one clear article from Washington Post saying Trump is right that Canada has a milk tariff on US but we had no tariffs on them. Is the Washington Post wrong?

That you think econ is simple. That you think trade of ONE item with ONE country is how trade works. That you're bored and trolling ... or really do have a bizarrely 3rd-grade view of trade <--- one of the two

Your hallucination of my opinions is noted. Let me know when you are done debating it.
