Don Heck's work in the 50s is extraordinary – look at the way he breaks down that jail scene. I wish he'd been allowed to keep making comics set in a more realistic (if pulpy) world.

Softly Softly - Arrival (20th November 1969). Time for a Softly Softly: Task Force rewatch, although strictly speaking (given the on-screen title) this one should be classed as the final episode of Softly Softly.
1/30/79: DAREDEVIL #158 was a book on the cusp of cancelation, a bi-monthly plagued by rotating artists with inker Klaus Janson providing a consistent look. All of that changed with the arrival of Frank Miller, who had been kicking around Marvel doing fill-ins & covers. Historic.
