The moment you focus on "diversity", you take focus away from "performance" and "skill". By focusing on diversity, you say to those that do not fit the criteria, that they are disqualified, based on something other than skill or ability. How can that possibly be called equality?

BTW, "inclusion" is defined as a foreign body within a mass, such as a foreign mineral in a rock, or a foreign mass of cells in a tissue sample. In short, something that does not belong, and may be harmful. "Inclusion" in a work place is exactly the same, with the same results!

HA, show me one single organization that ACTUALLY makes promotion decisions based on merit. Organizations don't want free-thinking leaders, they want submissive sheep.

"Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it." I have one line of ancestry that suffered from a cultural genocide in Canada. I don't need the other line to suffer the same fate.
@Scotiabank should be ashamed to promote this latest genocide.
