Look at it from the bright side: they have means to address cheaters in online games.

Actually we don't know what actually flagged the ban. If they are doing only flagging by CDN logging it won't stop cheaters that use legit carts.

Ofc, the fact Nintendo is even banning a console means nobody is safe from cfw and running the latest fw.

We'll either have to buy another console or simply setup emunand to have literally all Nintendo traffic blocked

With emunand you can.. just switch to sysnand and you're good to go
