Probably irrelevant but my Parkinson's notably worse in cold. Anyone else?

Finnish sauna is followed by exposure to cold, for the full effect. For me that would be chattering teeth and knocking knees.

I am unsure if heat therapy would be a treatment for Parkinson's especially for those with NOH.Sauna weakens me a lot.

A cited study states; 'persons who are prone to orthostatic hypotension or severe valvular disease should also be cautious of hot sauna bathing because of a possible decrease in blood pressure, which typically occurs just after a hot sauna bath during the cooling down period'
