This is a recurring habit of the Russians’. Remember when they blamed the Mir/Progress collision on overworked cosmonauts performing a procedure forced on them by the ground? And then tried to blame it on the US crewman bumping somebody’s hand?

Same here, but combined with all things Russian at the moment (especially the whole Skripal thing which is even more rediculous) ...it's all a tragedy in reality.
