  1. Meanwhile, we witness the daily tragedy of this dangerous virus that has now killed more than 137,000 Americans. It's simply outrageous and totally unacceptable.

  2. The President retweeting this reaffirms what we already know. He doesn't believe in science or the seriousness of this virus. He believes that pretending Covid-19 doesn't exist will make it go away.

Tucker Carlson's attack on Tammy Duckworth is shameful and so obviously wrong. Senator Duckworth lost her legs serving our country when her Black Hawk helicopter was shot down in Iraq. She is an American hero.

There are two options: President Trump knew and did nothing. Or he didn't know because he didn't care to do his job as Commander in Chief. It's unacceptable at all levels. The Administration needs to brief all Members of Congress now so the American people know the truth.

I want every single American to know: if you’re sick, if you’re struggling, if you’re worried about how you’re going to get through the day — I will not abandon you. I will not leave you to face these challenges alone. We are going to get through this — together.

This is great news. The Supreme Court has powerfully reaffirmed a woman’s constitutional right to make her own decisions about her health, family, and future, no matter her zip code.

President Trump’s attempts to gut Obamacare during a global pandemic that has already killed 125,000 Americans is nothing short of cruel. Sadly, it's just standard operating procedure for this President and Administration.

This is completely irresponsible from the President. We are not going to end this pandemic by pretending it doesn’t exist. We need more testing, not less.

This is great news from the Supreme Court this morning. President Trump's attempt to end DACA was always cruel, wrong, and un-American. DREAMers are part of the fabric of our society.

We can’t forget that in the middle of a global pandemic, the Trump Administration is trying to gut Obamacare and rip health insurance away from millions. It's morally reprehensible.

Rev. Joseph Lowery was a giant who let so many of us stand on his shoulders. With boundless generosity, patience, and moral courage, he encouraged a new generation of activists and leaders. Michelle and I remember him fondly today, and our love and prayers are with his family.

For the United States of America to have the worst trajectory in the ENTIRE world (even accounting for questionable data from China) represents a catastrophic failure of national leadership. The warnings were all there. There’s no excuse.

It's outrageous that these are the lengths our Governors have to go to get the President to do his job.

The coronavirus is not Donald Trump's fault, but his inept response is. He ignored the warnings for months, downplayed the threat it posed, and failed to take the action needed to combat the outbreak. It's one of the greatest failures of presidential leadership in our history.

This is beneath the office of the presidency. This pandemic is not a game.
