Did you fail to read the bottom line of the graphic? The scale goes from totalitarian rule to individual freedom. On that scale fascism/Nazi/Communism are in the right position.

I'd be curious to know who are getting the "personal freedoms" under Republicans since they are indicated as being closer to that concept.
