They do apparently since they changed tos in feb because of the child porn scandal but they haven't mentioned anything about it for "hateful" comments etc though. Either way seems more likely than some comedy central conspiracy.

No, it’s more likely that Viacom pulled strings, just like they did to get Avi deported and a us citizen detained for nothing. You can’t use one extreme example as evidence for how forums and their hosts are treated for their comments

As Avi said himself, he had a problem with his visa. I also think he mentioned that he made a mistake when FBI asked if he had previously been refused entry or something like that. Maybe you should watch the stream again. They advised if he sorted the problems he would be ok.

No. Australians don’t need a visa. He was in the US 6 months ago.

Did you watch the stream, he mentions the problem with the visa waiver program that made him ineligible.

What was the problem with it? And why would that require the FBI? That would just need border control. That’s all you deal with when you travel.

I can't remember, he mentions it there and in the car vid after he arrived back. They told him if he sorted the problem he would be allowed in no prob. He said he plans to test if that's correct. The cops or fbi directly were likely contacted by his management/ cc security.

The same applies to all Australians. If he used the word ‘visa’ it would have been a reference to the automatic visa we get. It’s called a visa waiver.pic.twitter.com/HUFeWtFzXd
