    That being said, remember to back up your data, download your tweets from time to time, have a copy of your posts, have a back up account. You must give your consumers what they want, and they want more accessible content, less steps between them and the content.

    BUSINESS TIP: You wanna be part of the future? Create less steps between you (brand or services) and your consumers. I choose to not have a website. I'm gambling, because I'm creating on borrowed space, but I also know that people don't wanna have to click or leave their app.

    The body absorbs stress, stores it and really, it won't let go of it, until you make the conscious choice to heal. Accumulated stress has similar effects to trauma on the mind & body. Look around you, see how people from the older generations are dealing with these effects now.

    You're working hard, but you're not sure if you're forcing things or simply really motivated. What's the difference? Forcing things asks you to control others and outcomes, that never feels good. Motivation asks you to focus on the present moment, one step at a time.
