your restaurant & wish we could do more to support businesses like yours. What I cannot do is jail people because of their addiction or double down on the failed war on drugs. We need to make it easier to get help than it is to get high in SF.

Why is the immediate response around jail...? A friend of mine accidentally walked off a path in Big Sur and did 20 hrs of community service and 5 hrs of morality training. Can we try other measures...?

As we all know, rehab only works if the person really wishes to be rehabilitated Without that, it is just pissing in the wind Otherwise, we need harsh consequences Just the way it works
