    The NYPD’s Strategic Response Group shouldn’t be using violence to force people protesting police violence off the street.  The streets belong to the people.

    Once again the NYPD’s Strategic Response Group (SRG) has needlessly escalated a nonviolent protest, arresting several protesters and injuring at least one. The SRG are known for bringing violence to nonviolent events. They need to be disbanded, now.
