Iranians could be descendants of people from Media, Babylonia or Elam which Cyrus destroyed. The origin of Achaemenians is still covered in mystery and Hebrew bible says Messiah (=Cyrus) is from Davidic line. I myself think Aḥmadī-nezhād was pretending to hate Israel though.
