It's your stream. Set your boundaries. State your preferences. Call out rule-breakers and misogyny. Don't keep people around who don't respect you.

"ChiLL, I was jUst PlaYin.'" or some variation like that. Sometimes when people pull stuff like this, I freeze up. I keep trying to work on boundaries and vocalizing what's not okay b/c this industry (and many others) need a lot of work when it comes to misogyny, safety, etc.

Totally agree. The more we talk about it and discuss it hopefully the more it will stick

I don’t think I could like this post any more than I have. It puts you on the spot massively and also if you don’t gush over that persons comment they get funny about it. WE LOOK GOOD FOR US NOT FOR YOU

100% this! It's not about being rude, or rejecting compliments. A compliment which is respectful is more than welcome. The problem is the underlying assumption that women are only good for their looks and that's it. Assigning all of our worth to looks ain't it

You're so brave and outspoken
big respect Saria, ilysm.
This is one of the reasons why I don't use a cam anymore. I know that's not a good solution for everyone, but it's definitely helped me to be less anxious when streaming -
Ily Haze. I'm sorry you had to take such measures to feel comfortable in your own stream
you're amazing with or without cam - Show replies
