    May is National Egg Month! 🍳 Eggs are high in protein, potassium & vitamin D (found in the yolk). Eggs can be prepared in many different ways making them great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Grab a hard boiled egg or omelette next time you’re at the dining hall🥚

    April 14th is National Pecan Day! Pecans make a great snack, salad topping 🥗 or even in a delicious pie🥧! You can also consider adding them into your oatmeal or favorite breakfast bread. Pecans are high in protein, fiber, calcium, and vitamin A.
