The didn't win the game but one of its generous players won the heart of this life long fan. Sam and his support worker were so excited to meet his favourite players after the game, especially Jesse Ramien who made Sam feel very special by giving him his jacket.
When I moved to MacKellar it was a very safe Liberal seat... I didn't expect this tonight!

They never used to tell us where the media plane was flying to. It added to the excitement....Until you ended up in a city you've already visited 3 times that week 🙄

It's so strange watching the election campaign unfold as a citizen and not as a journalist. I miss crazy election days... where you might end up visiting 3 cities in one day.

Amazing footage on of a rescue in the Lismore flooding. Everyone with a boat is trying to do their bit to help. Stay safe.

Stay safe Lismore. I lived there through some milder flooding and that was scary enough.

A quick thread on in the importance of being careful what data you share - even if you're the Queen. Today, Her Maj tweeted this lovely picture, gor bless er, etc. You might think that the contents of the red box would be official business. And you'd be right. 1/6

Excited that the borders are opening to tourists soon... but are they likely to stay open? I'm keen to try to reschedule my 2021 wedding but could another Covid strain close the borders again?

There are quite a few people on my social feeds who have kids, with no symptoms, who returned positive tests this week. I wonder how many adults we'd pick up, if we did surveillance testing again.

I wonder how many of these are kids who tested positive before starting school 🤔

Putting a baby to sleep in summer is a nightmare! It's too hot to wrap him how he likes to be wrapped and because the windows are open, our loud neighbours and their constantly barking dogs keep waking him :(
