Delighted the hard work of community groups and cllrs has paid off - planning committee unanimously agreed to DEFER deciding on Valley Park plans in Harwell/Didcot until issues with healthcare provision 🏥, a car-centric roundabout 🔃 and biodiversity 🐸 are addressed! 🎉🏡🌳

In the local elections, campaigned to improve the lives of our young people. The Conservatives disbanded the Oxfordshire Youth Service and we want to see it reinstated. Our vision resonated, resulting in record gains and ' largest ever group at the county.

  8. Here we go, it's DONE. With one caveat that one CON seat has been misattributed so really it should be 21 CON, 21 LD and 16 LAB.

Today there were 8 gains for the Liberal Democrats on Oxfordshire County Council, a huge increase from 13 to 21. Voters have made clear they want to see a greener, fairer and more caring county led by a council that listens.

Big up all the women who stood in these elections. We need more women at every level of politics, and it's by no means easy to stand as a woman, so thank you ❤️

It's not quite over yet (white is still to come), but look at the huge sea of yellow appearing on the map between 2017 and 2021.
