He made a scary world tolerable and I would have been a worse person without his tv show. I miss him.

Mr. Rogers is my wife's mom's cousin. They grew up together in Latrobe, PA. Such an inspiration, perhaps now more than ever.

Fred Rogers is a hero, a role model to look up to and a guideline of what we should all strive to achieve in ourselves. Kind hearts make for kind people. Sympathy and empathy for others is paramount. Mr. Rogers had it in abundance.

Mr. Roger’s biggest goal was to simply teach children how to be kind to each other and make the world better. What’s not to love?

My opinion of you has just increased, which is the case any time someone publicly declares their love of Mr. Rogers. Though I already liked you exactly as you are.

Fred was a great man who taught many children to be decent human beings. Rogers trivia... Fred Rogers was offered a show in Canada in 1963 at the CBC, to work on an early version of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, called Misterogers...ran 1963 to 1966.https://twitter.com/nowthisnews/status/976990160742072320 …

Many Canadians appreciated Fred Rogers because he brought Ernie Croombs with him to Canada in 1963. Croombs stayed here in Canada and in 1967 became our Mr. Dressup (Canada's version of Mr Rogers). They were two great men of my childhood.https://www.cbc.ca/radio/q/wednesday-june-6-2018-james-patterson-jorja-smith-and-more-1.4692497/the-canadian-origin-story-behind-mister-rogers-neighborhood-1.4692546 …

I love Fred Rogers, too, Sarah, I met him on Martha's Vineyard years ago and we talked for ten minutes. He was an intelligent and charming man, always looking to make you feel better about yourself and life. He is greatly missed, and fondly remembered. Daniel Shane

I couldn’t bring myself to trust someone who doesn’t love Mr. Rogers. He’s America’s Dad.
