Yes, and arguably Vajrayana is really about reintroducing, explicitly, sukha back into Buddhist practice. It’s implicit in theravada and mahayana, but becomes foregrounded in tantra & dzogchen...even in technical language like “sugatagarbha”, there’s a marked emphasis on bliss
