I enjoyed this read and it puzzles me as to why we have become so quick to cancel as people process and learn. I loved the line about language being a forever evolving thing.
What gives me pause is claiming that racist America is the minority in your BLM section. I need far more proof behind that assumption. My experiences-ranging from my NH hometown to my MBA program-are showing that not to be the case. I'm afraid claiming so minimizes the problem.

It may come as a shocking revelation to some but being politically correct does not equal not racist. Not now, not ever. Maybe we can try authentic and genuine on for size.
