The checkpoints are no longer on Kabul roads and streets. Hopefully there will not be any looting before there is a new order. Also saw some plainclothed armed men, including in one instance involving in personal clashes and shooting in the air.

Ali Jan, 5000 prisoners are going to be released from Bagram. Looting is going to be the least of our problems.
