Agree, the outrage on social media over the representation of the situation in ethnic terms speaks volumes. Will the new generation succeed in shifting the narrative that has been peddled for decades? Remains to be seen.
We will, Tanya Jan. I have yet to meet one friend/family member (under 25) who cares about this ethnic division. We are Afghans and we recognize the #HazaraGenocide and want to protect them and remind Afghanistan’s enemies that we are all Afghans. No one can divide us.
