I’m not talking Abt Lockdown, it is Not possible Anymore but Atleast a mask should be compulsory and limiting social gatherings, and facilitate covid patients funds are coming here but no one knows where it goes? Government can’t provide 1000 beds to Almost 8 M people of kabul.
Majority of Afghans work in the informal economy and need to work every day to put food on the table — a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work well because the govt has little capacity to enforce lockdowns, and citizens don’t have the luxury of obeying them. Problem is that most people privately rent, without any oversight. ARG tried to implement this but I know of many people who were still forced to pay while jobless in quarantine.. horrible situation.

When u say "majority" what stats r u basing it on? First we need correct stats. Then we dont have effective institutions to enforce anything. When we seek solutions we first need to see what is realisticly enforceable. My suggestion: work wt mosques & youth nationwide for change
