I think as part of the feasibility you need to look into demand for a service. I was at one of your events, your presented a great idea. But financial sustainability can only come from customer demand be it public or private.
We did a survey of 650 citizens across the city - huge interest. But people can’t pay for it - yet they deserve this feature. We have built it but we need funding support. Lots of projects get funded - ours is tangible.
