I want to know the details of what happened when the first Palestinian invented kunafe. Like, I want to know how it happened and the description of the feeling the moment it was tasted for the first time. Who decided to put honey and beautiful cheese together?
There are a couple of places in Kabul that make kunafeh now and I swear it’s as delicious as the ones I’ve tried in Jordan or Turkey!

Where?! This is so exciting to hear! I tried my first Jordanian kunafe and I was in heaven. I’ve only tried it in the US and Turkey. It was so good!
