Karte 4 is growing rapidly compared to the rest of Kabul. Why? Because of its sidewalks. In Karte 4, the ease and style of women is drastically different than the rest of the city. Large sidewalks are clean and maintained and bollards keep cars off of pedestrian areas. Walking through here, you see how the place shapes the people - and shapes them positively.

Because you simply cannot walk around shahre naw! Too many cars, no sidewalks and bottleneck roads. Karte 4 is just lovely.

Good mentioning! But I'm not sure that SC is building that kind of sidewalks or vice versa! For example, In Mazari st, also we have good sidewalks, somehow, but, poverty made people to bring carts to sell some stuffs
