Sara Jan, "Service gap" Do you mean the service (3G/4G) is pretty slow where the app doesn't work or the service is non-existent at areas you are testing? Thanks

Both! Some places are dead zones and others are stuck on the Edge Network

Got it. That is seriously low coverage problem. There should complete coverage of either 3G or 4G given the high population and rising broadband demand of the area. Hope our MNOs address the issue with short term and long term solutions plus ATRA needs to step in.
