Sara Jan, "Service gap" Do you mean the service (3G/4G) is pretty slow where the app doesn't work or the service is non-existent at areas you are testing? Thanks

Got it. That is seriously low coverage problem. There should complete coverage of either 3G or 4G given the high population and rising broadband demand of the area. Hope our MNOs address the issue with short term and long term solutions plus ATRA needs to step in.

and a very dense population! It really makes no sense why Barchi continues to struggle with 3G connectivity - but I hope they reach out! We've been trying for a couple of months now.
