Hi Sara, have you checked the scholarship scheme of these schools? Prestigious schools typically do have some amount of financial assistance for their offer holders - upon meeting the requirements.

You may also want to consider the risk of taking loans assuming that Interest rate tends to rise during a recession. Perhaps fundraising is a good option depending on the generosity and time frame you have. Good luck tho! :)
You’re so right, Saeda Jan. It’s a big fear I have. I think I may end up doing a fundraiser.. I’ll bake cookies for my donators.

Hi Sumeet, yes I have. I am able to do so but in order to get my F1 Visa I must prove I have the funds to support my education and cannot list presumptive finances like working on campus. I can work on campus, though.
