So there are a variety of issues that can be reported, how does the government respond to that. Is it redirected to related departments or a special department deals with it all. Plus does it allow for follow-up of the report.
Our second phase will be to start collaboration with the government. By the end of this year, we will be rating the responses to issues by officials.
