So there are a variety of issues that can be reported, how does the government respond to that. Is it redirected to related departments or a special department deals with it all. Plus does it allow for follow-up of the report.
Hi Maher Jaana. Our first phase of Ehtesab is data collection. Shedding light on the severity and frequency of issues in every nahia/PD. We want to promote the culture of reporting to a platform where important issues aren’t lost in newsfeeds.
