Community consultation and engagement are extremely crucial for any projects and development activities in the current Afg context.

Not the point being relayed here. It is incredibly important but can be detrimental if not designed specifically with the realities and limitations of Afg. Too many surveys cherrypicking specific nahias to meet sample size. Like I said prior, they are starkly different.
