You didn’t cap the cost of insulin. You capped the cost of CO-PAYS for insulin. What about people without insurance? This is incredibly tone deaf as millions have lost insurance due to COVID and the co-pay cap is now moot for them

I drive to Mexico, walk across the border and negotiate the price for the insulin I buy. Last trip, $35/vial for Humalog. $25 for Lantus. I can't afford insurance and the co-pays. Insurance is a parasitic infestation on our health care system. They are not our friends.
