In the Senate, I’ll work to improve the VA’s critical services by expanding mental health care, increasing outreach to veterans in rural areas, streamlining access to earned benefits like the G.I. Bill, and fighting against any efforts to privatize VA services. /3

Today, I was joined by Maine veterans to announce
#VeteransforSara, an incredible group of veterans from all across the state that represent all five military service branches and the National Guard. I’m honored to have their support.#mepolitics /4pic.twitter.com/RcOX3lUGIG

Maine’s veterans deserve leaders who will always stand up for them. I’m grateful to our
#VeteransforSara for their service, and for bringing their voices to the table in this campaign. I look forward to more conversations about how we can best serve those who have served us. 5/5pic.twitter.com/N5UdO54MPU
