It'll never pass Congress as it is now. They need to turn their efforts to aiding state and local offices with anti-fraud measures for mail in ballots and fundraising. It'll cut Trump's ability to interfere with anything by at least half.

Trump will appoint a toady as postmaster general, who will finish off USPS, so that it can be scooped up cheaply by another toady. They will privatize it, so that our oldest and most trusted national service can be corrupted. They really need to change their playbook.
