If big banks like @PNCBank and @Chase would allow landlords to defer mortgage payments to the end of their loans, the banks would still get their money, landlords wouldn’t have their property foreclosed on, and renters could receive rent relief.

yes thats why we need to not depend on the fed - we're a state & need to start acting like we have some of our own governance. the entire response to this crisis has been weak tea. we all knew in January this was going to happen, where were our leaders??
