What about college students who are equally affected by 1) lack of work 2) displacement 3) unstable job market and 4) undefined landscape of education

High school seniors won't get money but its so bad that my local school district is feeding ALL kids breakfast & lunch starting today even if they were not on the free or reduced lunch list last month. HOW CAN HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS BE EXCLUDED FROM GETTING MONEY FROM THE CARE BILL?
