Trump has had 3 years to come up with a proposed health care plan covering pre-existing conditions and he hasn't presented anything. Meanwhile his administration has been trying to abolish Obamacare. Obamacare is the only law that ensures that pre-existing conditions are covered.

Susan Collins voted for that tax cut that removed the penalty in the ACA mandate. The lawsuit used that to try to get rid of the whole law.

Why in the hell are people like me are being denied that right to live., a fetus has rights until it's born after that it better be healthy bc it's a preexisting condition if it had the problem before or during the birth.
