  Chinese also really like our apples (Red Delicious is #1 favorite). Unfortunately, the tariffs they've imposed in retaliation for Trump's trade war have killed that export market for our apple growers, leading to a glut of apples and lower prices for growers.

  Not just people living/working on the coasts. The industry provides countless good paying seasonal jobs to inland Mainers. This situation is critical for many people. 80% of Chinese said they wouldn't buy American on biggest global sales day of the year. @thespybrief

  Since Trump is an ignorant and a fool, he has no concept of economics / demand. As long as there are acceptable substitutes for a particular product, consumers will gravitate to the substitute without any problem. It is infuriating!!
