This is absolutely horrendous. Let's not address any of the psychological or socio economic reasons for obesity, lets make people feel more self conscious as long as they can work. Appalling stuff.

Liquid diet can include some high calorie drinks, like beer, brandy or heavy cream, etc.
When my jaw was wired, I used heavy cream in everything.
